Avi Glozman

Avi is an engineer on the Customer Success team at Descope. Although Avi’s career began as a software engineer, he’s always been drawn to the intersection of engineering and the customer experience. Now, he strives to build tools that help customers thrive.

Prior to Descope, Avi worked as a backend software engineer in fin-tech, writing Haskell to support internal credit underwriting and risk management tools. Before that, Avi worked as a full-stack software engineer in restaurant-tech, at the height of pandemic food delivery madness. There, he developed onboarding tools and got his first taste of working directly with, and iterating on feedback from customers.

Outside of work, Avi loves listening to music, spending time in nature on sunny days, or dining at one of LA’s many amazing, diverse restaurants. Sometimes, you can find him backpacking in a random country, vibe-coding a new side-project, or, if you’re lucky, both at the same time.
