Vishesh Bansal

Vishesh Bansal currently serves as Director at BalkanID, where he leads initiatives at the intersection of product innovation, cybersecurity, customer success, and engineering. He plays a key role in shaping next-generation identity security solutions that cater to organizations of all sizes.

Prior to BalkanID, Vishesh worked at Groww, where he architected a real-time, event-driven application security testing framework that enhanced infrastructure visibility and minimized attack surface risks. As an early contributor at CloudSEK, he played a pivotal role in advancing the BeVigil engine by improving secret discovery, refining scoring mechanisms, and expanding support for a broader range of applications—significantly strengthening the company’s security toolset. His earlier experience spans roles at Uptycs, FPL Technologies (OneCard), and Grant Thornton, covering threat intelligence, cloud security engineering, and cybersecurity risk advisory. Throughout his career, Vishesh has demonstrated expertise in designing secure tooling, enabling scalable operations, and optimizing security workflows and response capabilities.

Vishesh holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. Beyond his professional commitments, he is passionate about open-source initiatives, mentorship, and staying at the forefront of evolving technology trends.
